Due to rapid success and business growth, we are seeking Registered Nurses with IV Nutrition and/or cosmetic injectables experience to join our Sunshine Coast team.

Our rapidly growing business is seeking a registered nurse to join our team. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for administering infusion treatments to patients and ensuring that they receive the highest quality care.
We strive to provide our clients and staff with personal, professional care and support and are committed to supporting them on their health and wellbeing journey.

We have the following positions available:

IV Vitamin and Mineral Infusion Nurse

Responsibilities:

  • Administer infusion therapy treatments to clients using asceptic technique
  • Monitor client during and after infusion therapy, adjusting treatment as necessary
  • Deliver a high level ofcare and passionate about creating an experience for our clients
  • Ensure strict compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain complete and accurate records
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to ensure optimal client outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Current and valid Australian driver licence and access to a personal vehicle is essential
  • Cannulation experience is a must
  • Minimum of two years experience as a registered nurse, with infusion therapy experience highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and data entry skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional attention to detail and patient care skills

  • Ability to work at all IV Health Sunshine Coast locations

Work Days:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Saturdays on a shared roster

Work Authorisation: Australia (Required)

Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)

Certifications:

  • First Aid Certification (Required)

  • CPR Certification (Required)

  • Cannulation (Highly desirable)

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Provide relevant information and support to clients.

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Maintaining accurate  records.

  • Developing a thorough understanding of IV Health Sunshine Coast's range of services.

  • Providing a professional service to our clients including follow up support. 

What we need from you:

  • A passion for health and wellbeing and a desire to support clients on this journey.

  • Someone who is happy to market our services to naturopaths, gyms etc.

  • A passion for IV nutrition and an in-depth knowledge of how vitamins, minerals and amino acids can support health and wellbeing  (or willing to undertake education and training).

  • Strong client service skills.

  • Ability to prioritise and work in a fast paced environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills.

  • Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail.

  • A dynamic, flexible and adaptable attitude.

Experienced Cosmetic Injectable Nurse

Position Criteria:

  • Current registration with AHPRA.

  • Successfully completed a Cosmetic Injector Course.

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse and at least 1 years’ experience as a Cosmetic Nurse Injector.

  • Practices excellent patient, safety-oriented judgment.

  • Adheres to strict hygiene regulations, along with clinic policies, and procedures.

  • Excellent rapport and patient relationship building skills.

  • Strong attention-to-detail and accurate record keeping necessary.

  • Experience with supervising, training and supporting nurses learning cosmetic injectable skills. 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is enthusiastic about nursing with a special interest in cosmetic treatments.

  • Takes pride in the service and experience they provide.

  • Is willing to work as part of a team to achieve true holistic care and health outcomes for our clients.

  • Is available to work weekdays, Saturday’s and Thursday evenings when required.

  • Is a professional with excellent work ethic and commitment to their team and their job.

  • Is a believer in the health, wellbeing and cosmetic industry who will promote our services and enjoy making patients feel great.

  • Is well presented with excellent customer service skills and sales experience.

  • Has an initiative-taking individual, willing to work hard to grow their own client base and be committed to continued education. 

  • Has the ability to assess, plan and effectively communicate the benefits of an individualised treatment plan informed by evidence-based practice and your clinical expertise. 

  • Has a passion for aesthetics and making others look and feel their best

  • Has an experience in and enjoys business promotions.

  • Experience with IV vitamins and minerals administration or willing to eventually undertake training in this area to be able to provide cover as required (primary area of employment will be cosmetic injectables). This is highly desireable but not essential.
