What is an IV infusion at IV Health?
A clinician‑led session designed to support hydration and general well‑being. Nutrients are selected individually after review.
How long does an infusion take?
Your first visit to the clinic can take up to 90 minutes as it includes a comprehensive consultation with a nurse and then a telehealth consult with our scripting followed by an infusion of choice. Follow-up infusions can be as quick as 30 minutes, depending upon fluid volume and nutrients being infused.
Do I need to pick an infusion before I book?
No, start with a consultation. We’ll guide you.
What happens during the session?
Cannulation, continuous monitoring and a calm environment. Your clinician explains each step and checks in regularly.
Can I eat and drink beforehand?
Yes, arrive well‑hydrated and having eaten a light meal (unless advised otherwise).
Can I combine an infusion with a booster?
Sometimes, only where clinically appropriate.
